Mulder, stockbroker, street of Turnip 12, Antwerp are named administrators.
Victor Antoine and Henri Moens de Haese, industrialist, Imperial place 12,
Alost are named commissaire while Saül-Emile Melckman is called with the
functions of financial comptroller.
Léopold Frateur is named chairman of the board and Alfred-François Feyens
father becomes the managing director.
April 1, 1927 the seat of the company is transferred to the place Madou 8 in
Brussels.
September 28, 1927 Alfred-François Feyens resigns of his functions of
managing director and is replaced by Charles Mulder. Edouard Glenisson
resigns of his functions of administrator and Henri Moens de Haese of his
functions of commissaire. They are replaced respectively by Edmond Mulder
and Emile Feyens
At the time of the publication of the assessment over 1927, planes A2 and T3
always appear in it. Léopold Frateur and Jules Frateur resign of their
function of administrator, Victor Antoine of his functions of commissaire
and Saül-Emile Melckman of his functions of Financial Comptroller.
The assessment over 1928 fact of appearing a heading "Aircrafts" without
details what makes think that A2 and the T3 are always property of Zacco.
Edmond Mulder puts a term at his functions of administrator.
Brussels Air Museum Magazine Number 60, 62 & 77;
Mulder and E Feyens being, together with P. Schellekens, owners of the RSV
32/90 O-BADA from 5.6.1927 to 5.7.1928. Feyens, whose workshops were street
of Cambre with Woluwe (BAMM 62) or street of Duke (BAMM 77), manufactured
industrial and marine engines. It is in these workshops that the A.C.A.Z. C2
was prepared for the raid of Thieffry of March 1928. E Feyens knew Thieffry
since they exerted together of the sports activities at the time of their
primary studies at the Institute St Stanislas. "The orders of flight were
out of tube steel for bicycle and turned blue with the flame of a blowtorch,
with point of fire and water-cooled, like that is practised or was practised
for the shotguns, this to prevent rust. Work was carried out by ex-serviceman
English of 1414-18, arms manufacturer of trade. The apparatus carried under
the belly in a careenage a propeller of replacement".
The assessment of 1929 does not mention any more a heading "Aircrafts". The
Mulder family has the company in hand with Aloïs, Charles and Edmond Mulder
as administrators and H. Van den Branden, De Bosschaertstraat 177, Antwerp
as commissaire. The Feyens family disappears from the management of the
company. From April 5, 1929, Qualities and Charles Mulder are named
administrators of the general Companies of Aeronautics SA (see SEGA Ci below).
This assessment is the last sign of life of Zacco which I could find. It
there not of publication about a possible winding-up and voluntary
liquidation of the company what makes me think that there would be the
possibility of a bankruptcy of which I continue to seek a proof..
